Edward van den Bergh: I was born to Dutch parents who decided to emigrate to New Zealand when I was 7. In my twenties I did what so many other Kiwis do and headed to Europe for a number of years. I spent 5 years in the UK and have now been living in The Netherlands for 11 years.
I have 11 years experience in helping expats in the Netherlands, my core role was as a recruiter but part of the service was helping people settle into their new environment. Through this I was able to help candidates obtain their 30% ruling and other tax matters, find suitable accommodation, recommend schools, and all sorts of broad general advice to make the transition into life in The Netherlands as stress free as possible.
My native language is English but I am also fluent in Dutch.
