What we like from you:
In this role, you will work closely with individuals and families moving into the Netherlands. You will also work closely with your different colleagues at Expat Help. We only work with dedicated people who we can train according to our highest service standards. We have an international and fun team and we want you to be a part of that!
We are only looking for representative and flexible people that can provide an exceptional level of service:
You are hands-on, pragmatic, high energy and you have an 'everything is possible' attitude;
You are able to impress our clients with your knowledge, empathy, flexibility, availability and follow-through;
You have good knowledge of the Dutch housing market and you have great negotiation skills;
You manage the home-finding search services for our relocating expats These services include:
identifying housing needs and wishes;
managing expectations about budget, location and home amenities;
searching for appropriate housing options and accompanying expats on area orientation and housing tours;
Guiding and consulting on rental or purchase processes;
Negotiating terms and conditions of the rental agreement and reviewing contracts;
Check-in clients to their new property, taking notes and photos of the property when required, and assisting with utility connections;
Organise a school or day care tour that reflects the client's preferred choices and accompanying the client on the tour if requested;
Input and maintain accurate and timely information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
Keep yourself and the Expat Help Team updated in a very dynamic market.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
Other than the skills and qualifications listed below, our ideal candidate must be committed to achieving superior results and taking responsibility for exceptional client care. You must also be familiar with the expatriate relocation process.
Ability to effectively consult and influence timely client decision-making on the area and house in which they will live;
Ability to deliver a "high-touch" service to the client;
Bring your own proven successful network and broaden this network under the Expat Help name;
Have a good understanding of the Randstad area and connect clients to social, professional, entertainment, spiritual, fitness and other quality-of-life organizations & events;
Ability to balance working both independently and within a team;
Adaptability to the needs and expectations of culturally diverse expats and their families;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iPhone applications.
4 years of experience in the real-estate sector in a customer/client-facing service;
Ability to manage a very flexible work-life schedule that allows Saturday and Sunday and evening availability if necessary to meet customer needs;
Hold a full driving licence, valid in the Netherlands and be comfortable driving in the various cities of the Netherlands;
Fluency in English.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing, real estate, business or other discipline providing relevant skills for this position;
Minimum of 2 years of real estate sales experience in Amsterdam and surrounding regions representing rental clients and/or property owners;
1+ years of global mobility or expatriate relocation experience;
Fluency in Dutch, other languages are a plus;
Experience with one or more CRM systems.
