Who You Will Work With
You will work with a team of professionals who care about providing exceptional guidance and care to our clients. We regularly hear that our commitment to "doing what it takes" and providing an exceptional level of service is what separates us from our competition.
In this role, you will work closely with individuals and families moving into the Netherlands. You will also work with client HR departments and the different colleagues at Expat Help. We prefer to work with dedicated people who we can train according to our highest service standards.

What You Will Do:
Impress our clients with your empathy, flexibility, availability, follow-through and knowledge;
Manage the relocation services for your portfolio of client companies and expatriating individuals. These services include: immigration approvals, household good shipments, school enrolments and other client-specific needs;
Collaborate with clients and corporate HR staff to gather information and prepare all necessary documentation;
Proactively manage service levels, budget parameters and corporate account relationships;
Accompany clients to appointments for government registration, banking, immigration services, school selection, etc.;
Maintain accurate and timely information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Experience with CRM systems;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience in customer/client-facing service, hospitality, HR, or consultation;
Fluency in English;
You have relocated yourself internationally/ lived abroad for 1+ years.
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Human Resources or similar business concentration;
3 + years of global mobility, expatriate coordination or human resources experience;
Fluency in Dutch;
Fluency in other languages.
