Wanted: Relocation Specialist

Expat Help is currently seeking individuals for the position of Relocation Specialist. This position will be based in the Amsterdam office, but the work region covers the greater Amsterdam and Randstad region.

Who You Will Work With

You will work with a team of professionals who care about providing exceptional guidance and care to our clients. In this role, you will work closely with individuals and families moving into the Netherlands. You will also work with client HR departments and the different colleagues at Expat Help. We prefer to work with dedicated people who we can train according to our highest service standards. We have an international and fun team and we want you to be a part of that!

What You Will Do:

Impress our clients with your empathy, flexibility, availability, follow-through and knowledge;
Manage the relocation services for your portfolio of client companies and expatriating individuals. These services include: immigration approvals, household good shipments, school enrolments and other client-specific needs;
Collaborate with clients and corporate HR staff to gather information and prepare all necessary documentation;
Proactively manage service levels, budget parameters and corporate account relationships;
Accompany clients to appointments for government registration, banking, immigration services, school selection, etc.;
Maintain accurate and timely information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Required Experience:

Ability to deliver exceptional client care; go the extra mile;
Strong attention to detail, process orientation and accuracy;
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi task in a time-sensitive environment;
Disciplined time- and project management;
Adaptability to the needs of culturally diverse expats and their families;
Confidential treatment of employee/company information;
Experience with CRM systems;
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Required Skills

Experience in customer/client-facing service, hospitality, HR, or consultation;
Fluency in English;
You have relocated yourself internationally/ lived abroad for 1+ years.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Human Resources or similar business concentration;
3 + years of global mobility, expatriate coordination or human resources experience;
Fluency in Dutch;
Fluency in other languages.
